Thats correct, the VAT is 23% for all customers (if VAT is charged), which is legal, as long as we are under a certain yearly amount of revenue from EU-residents. This will change in Q1 2026.

It doesn't make much sense but turns out EU does allow it, somehow. If you dont sell too much to other EU countries (accumulated between all) you can apply your origin EU country vat, as per https://vatabout.com/es/el-nuevo-esquema-del-iva-eu-sme-guia-comprensiva-de-2025-cambios (its in Spanish, got too lazy to look it up in English, sorry)

After a year and still vat is not properly configured on your end.. It only remove for US citizens all other non eu countries can fuck themself and pay tax.. BTW i am registered..

If theres an issue with VAT being calculated even though you have registered with a non-EU country, please just open a ticket and we'll fix it for you at once.

I already have a ryzen VPS that I have used since June and I have been impressed with reliability and stability (other than a couple issues we resolved in the first 24 hours). Would recommend that VPS, and hopefully will be the same with the storage server for a 1 year term. Cheers
