I understand your concern. However, since the free credit is significant and we aim to have legitimate customers, it is important for us to create an entry barrier. Many users try to use this credit for illegal activities. We are receiving several orders with fake names and false data, and we are blocking them.
I understand the need for privacy. If your activities are lawful and you have nothing to hide, there is no reason not to provide real information to a legitimate company. The law requires real data and providing false information is a crime. For this reason, when needed, we ask for all guarantees to protect our services.
We can only Deploy in CZ and IT, not in PL or any other locations.
This applies only to Cloud VPS. If you choose Cloud Server, you can activate it in any datacenter you prefer. If you click on DbaaS service, you will be redirected to a development portal that will replace the one you are using now. By entering that portal with the same credentials, you will see the new interface and the first new features.
This looks interesting. I have a few questions.
CZ is what I wanted anyway. The DC is in some random village but CZ isn't big country so it's not that bad.
My registration was approved without KYC, still the VAT ID requirement is strange. In my country regular people don't get publicly checkable (VIAS) VAT ID.

Quick review:
I registered and the €50 credit was added to my account within about 10 minutes. My membership was approved without any ID verification requested, probably because I provided accurate information.
The menus are very slow when creating a VPS, and I was logged out twice during the process. After logging back in, the entire page loaded inside a popup, which might be due to high traffic from the campaign.
€1.89 and €3.79 VPS plans do not include an IPv4 address; you have to pay an extra €0.48 to purchase it separately. Also, server deployment is not available in the UK and Germany data centers.

Thank you all. We have already reached 500 orders with free credit, but we decided to further extend the number of people who can join the offer. During the night we detected the first signs of abuse from some of the servers. For this reason, starting now, we will require a selfie verification for all orders coming from this promotion. We noticed that after receiving abuse, when we requested additional details, users immediately refused to provide them citing privacy concerns. We need to protect the reputation of our IP addresses and our business.
All orders received from about one hour ago onward, when using the free credit, will undergo an advanced fraud check.
It is currently possible only for IP transit, colocation, or private cloud services.

Instead of the selfie verification I would rather expect that you ban any users that engage in abuse of your services like any other provider. I don't do anything illegal or abusing but if my account was marked for advanced check then I would refuse too.
I understand your point of view. However, this concerns an account with free credit and there is no transaction that can help verify it. Without that transaction, we must find ways to prevent abuse as much as possible. Acting proactively is better than intervening when the abuse has already happened. This helps maintain network stability and avoids issues for other customers, both within our network and at external providers. It is important for us to guarantee the highest possible service quality. Thank you for your cooperation.

We allow adding credit not only by credit card, but also through PayPal and bank transfer. Requiring or forcing users to add a credit card would exclude those who do not have a valid credit card. For this reason, we cannot adopt such a restriction.
Please consider this measure is applied only during free credit promotions, because in these cases it is not possible to verify the account through a valid payment method. For this reason, we need stronger controls and a more selective onboarding process. If you prefer not to provide a selfie with your identification document, you can avoid using the free credit and proceed directly with a paid account. In that case, verification is done through the payment method and no selfie is required.
