it seems the cloud vps can only be created at IT1 and CZ1
The activation was quick, however the panel is quite slow.
want 50
are completely naked selfies accepted?
ps. you should also request vaccination passport/card.
Doxing unacceptable.
How to send KYC? Stuck on pending
. 2 years free VPS in Italy is cool. Does the credit expire?
Dashboard says 29 days as reported here and the SeFlow rep here says 6 months.
The 50€ not expire.
If you are currently waiting for the manual review, our staff is processing account approvals as quickly as possible, as we are receiving a high volume of orders. If instead you see that your account is flagged as fraud, please open a ticket informing us of the fraud status. We will then provide you with the instructions for manual verification.
I got it activated, thanks. What about the credit expiration? @seflow
@Radi Credits granted during this launch phase will not expire.
Okay! I thought its for every customer mandatory!
@seflow you forgot to reply me?
Confirmed. The documentation is not required for all customers. It is requested only when our system, after performing cross checks on commonly used address formats, street and civic number consistency, name and surname patterns, email reputation, and other internal indicators, determines that an account may be suspicious. If the account is not flagged, it is activated normally. If it is flagged, additional verification is required.
My apologies for the delayed reply.
Regarding the CPUs in use, our node provisioning follows a cascading model. New hardware is always assigned first to Cloud Servers, which are in practice VDS with dedicated CPU cores, redundant storage, and high availability. All resources are fully dedicated. When these servers complete their initial amortization period and a new hardware generation becomes available, we perform a generational shift. VPS nodes receive the previous Cloud Server hardware, and Cloud Servers are supplied with the newest machines.
At the moment, Cloud VPS instances are running on Dell servers with Intel Xeon CPUs. Cloud Servers are running on the latest generation AMD EPYC systems. When a future generation is introduced, the EPYC servers will move to the VPS range, and the cycle will continue.
I am not a technician, I handle communication for the company, so I am not able to run the commands you requested. However, I am confident that someone following this thread will be able to perform the tests for both Cloud VPS and Cloud Servers. As I write this, more than 280 new orders have come in from LET today, so I am sure one of the users will be able to share benchmarks soon.
Oops!
Something went wrong and we couldn't process your request.

This is a known issue that occurs when attempting to reorder SeFlow Global Cloud after the first order was flagged as fraud. Please check your client area and verify whether you see two SeFlow Global Cloud services marked as fraud. This happens when the first order is blocked and a second attempt is made, which is then also stopped by the antifraud system.
I recommend opening a ticket from your client area. A manual verification of your account will be required in order to proceed. Additional information will be requested, as the antifraud system has identified your account as potentially suspicious.
It's truly slow as snail, even worse than OVH. If their managed DB has similar speed then I don't want to even try it. They don't offer postgres anyway for some reason.
Edit: now it's even worse:
504 Gateway Time-out
The server didn't respond in time.
PostgreSQL was removed some days ago when we introduced the new control panel because it was almost never used. At this stage our Managed Database service includes Microsoft SQL and MySQL. Additional engines will be added by the second quarter of 2026, including PostgreSQL, Redis and others.
Why don't you communicate to a technician that you need yabs of a few systems as part of your advertising campaign? No need to answer.
Your website on mobile devices is absolutely fucked
Edit: duplicate comment because Vanilla is fucked as well
Skill issue mate
Clicking through the management panel like changing DC (only noticed there are tabs later, there are dc besides Italy) or crawling to setup reverse IP (which is not supported for IPv6) is a nightmare and that's using desktop browser. Either slow or times out completely. I hope I won't need it anytime soon.
The panel is a nightmare, really
Finally OVH panel is not that bad in comparison, let's even say very good

@seflow is there any ETA on when this would be available in other regions? Many thanks
Hello, What do you mean by "this"? thank you
Hello, just seems like you can deploy at the price listed in CZ1 and IT1. Would it be available in the other locations at all? Thanks again
I used SeFlow years ago before it joined Aruba and it was a crappy service
Hopefully it's improved since then.
