Oh absolutely, let’s just rely on an interview of our CEO talking about broadband services to fulfil the “selfie with company’s incorporation documents” requirement. He manages SeFlow and PianetaFibra as companies operating within the Italian connectivity landscape.

If you’d like, here’s the interview link:

SeFlow and Aruba are part of the same group.

@tongtong if this is a old vm It is likely from the VPS line that was recently replaced by the new Cloud VPS range.

I am not a technician, so I am not able to run the command you requested. My role is primarily focused on communication within the company. However, I can see that many new orders are coming in from this post, so I am confident that someone reading it will be able to fulfil your request shortly. Thank you.

That value shows how long your current credit is expected to cover the resources you are using. If the system displays more than 29 days, it means your remaining credit is sufficient for over 29 days of usage. This helps you understand that, with your active machines and resources, you will not run out of credit before 30 days. When the estimate drops below 30 days, you will see the counter decrease to 28, 27, 26 and so on. However, this does not represent the expiration of your credit.

@amarc The new EPYC-based servers are available only in the Cloud Server range. You can review the differences between services here: https://www.seflow.cloud/decidi.php?lang=en

Hey, can you please stop spamming old customers every time you do a new launch, while never including an unsubscribe link?

Not one isolated mistake, this has been going on for many years.

For Cloud VPS you can use the Initialize button to reinstall the operating system.

For Cloud Servers you can restore a snapshot, the Cloud Server must be powered off, as explained in the guide: my.seflow.net/knowledgebase/4810/Snapshot-Features.html

You can also delete the instance while keeping the IPs and then reactivate it using the same IP: my.seflow.net/knowledgebase/4823/Reinstall-a-Cloud-Server.html

If you are referring to yesterday’s DEM, the unsubscribe link for the newsletter is available at the bottom of the email. You can also request the deletion of your customer account, if it is no longer in use, by opening a ticket to the sales department through the client portal.

No, the unsubscribe link is not there and you could check instead of assuming I am dumb:

Anyway the main issue is that over multiple years, when you launch new shit, the entire customer list always gets spammed without care of who never subscribed to marketing communications to start with, or who previously unsubscribed.

This is how my account preferences have always been (you just ignore my choice):

For private customers for whom identity cannot be verified through Vies or other Legit Company systems, we require a selfie holding a valid identity document if they are not already registered with us. Once the verification process is approved, we permanently delete the provided photo from our records to preserve privacy.
