🔧 How it works
SeFlow Global Cloud uses a credit based system. You set your alert thresholds and the platform deducts the daily cost of the resources from your cloud wallet. Cloud VPS plans follow a monthly model. Cloud Server plans can be billed monthly or hourly. When your credit runs out, you decide whether to top up and continue or request termination. You can add up to three contacts to receive credit threshold notifications.

This is our own cloud platform. We operate four fully owned datacenters, supported by additional CAGE spaces in affiliated facilities. All servers are owned by us and built on Dell and Lenovo enterprise hardware.
For private customers for whom identity cannot be verified through Vies or other Legit Company systems, we require a selfie holding a valid identity document if they are not already registered with us. Once the verification process is approved, we permanently delete the provided photo from our records to preserve privacy.

Starting from the first of December, any free credit issued will have a validity of six months. Credits granted during this launch phase will not expire.

In that field you must enter either your VAT ID if you are a company or your personal tax code if you are an individual. In Italy the personal tax code is mandatory for issuing an invoice because we are required to invoice a real and verifiable entity. This is also why, for private users, we perform an identity check when our systems cannot verify the data automatically. This process ensures that the user is genuine and that the billing information is valid.

If the account belongs to a registered company and the company details are provided, we will run checks through our databases to verify that it is a legitimate business. However, if the user is a individual and our antifraud system detects something unusual, and the user does not wish to provide a selfie with their identity document, we will refuse the free credit. We may also deny service activation if our antifraud department considers it necessary. Once the antifraud system blocks the verification, the process becomes manual and must follow our internal rules.
Do you need KYC for registration?

On the cloud platform it is not possible to customize or further reduce the prices. The infrastructure is designed for business and enterprise environments, which requires premium hardware components, high quality support, and full redundancy. This increases the fixed operating costs.
