Are all of you seriously insane? VSYS IS NOT AN US COMPANY.

And it will come as vsys is in the notorious list.

Being included in the notorious markets list doesn't have much of an effect, if anything it draws more customers to them since it serves as an effective point of reference. Many providers and websites have been listed on it for years. It takes a lawsuit or government intervention to put pressure and make change.

both Vsys and Alex advertise as DMCA ignored but thats false advertisement. They do comply with all DMCA. I've heard about this from many peers here, on other forums, and also some frns in my city. Avoid.

Anna's archive, one of the largest book piracy sites currently being targeted by the biggest publishers in the world, uses vsys. Vsys doesn't allow adult content though, so if they receive complaints about that, they'll make you take it down.

Not sure about alexhost because I haven't seen any high profile sites use them.

  • Nothing is going to happen. Mark my words.

DISH most likely will lose the case in Ukranian court.

To loose case in Ukraine one should have no money to drag case to infinity. Answer your-self: who has more money, dish or vsys? Plus there will be definitely push from usa trades representative over notorious market player.

The time will show. But plan to move away from vsys should be your priority.

When has Dish Network lost before?

Never isn't a word I would suggest. It's a pretty good indicator, though.

Canada had some pretty clear laws on decrypting foreign satellite providers (I.e, if you're a Canadian authorized broadcaster, you're protected. Period.). Went to the Supreme Court and they totally reinterpreted the law to a different meaning that you can ONLY decrypt Canadian lawful providers. That wasn't the original intent of the law.

But really, they've been taking down IPTV providers for two decades, I can't recall hearing of a single loss by Dish, except to DTV. (In terms of piracy).
