    This is a new location, and not all providers have updated the records; some of them still show incorrectly, but this doesn't happen a lot, and it will be updated soon on all of them, depending on their processing time. We already made the proper announcements.

    The coupon give recurring price. Reduced price every year for that service.

  • I purchased your Japanese server and used the Speedtest CLI to test it. Both upload and download speeds were throttled, causing the test to terminate immediately. Additionally, I tested scripts from various locations around the world, and the bandwidth was extremely low, with some tests failing. My connection from Hong Kong's iperf3 to this server was 0. I have already submitted a support ticket requesting a refund; please assist me. Furthermore, your customer service has repeatedly suggested migrating to the UK in response to my support ticket, but I don't need a UK server. What does this mean?

  • Japanese hosting providers have very strict speed limits, which makes them inconvenient to use. Could you tell me what your maximum speed interface is?
