It is understandable that devices are moved or transported without prior notice. However, what is concerning is that my server's internet connection has been disconnected without any warning. In a large data center, only my device's internet cable is not plugged in, which has resulted in critical DNS infrastructure being down for hours.
Despite multiple attempts, I have yet to receive any response through the control panel or other communication channels.
I strongly advise caution before working with OVH, and I urge you to consider the potential risks involved.
