I'm looking for a VPS server with a very limited budget—no more than $3 per month. I don't have high performance requirements; a single CPU core and 1GB of RAM would be sufficient. My main use is as a proxy server, so I require a large amount of data transfer—ideally at least 20TB per month. The geographic location is flexible, anywhere in the world except Russia. I've searched around but haven't found many options that fit this budget, or any at all. If such services exist, could you please recommend some? Feel free to share your recommendations or links in the comments. Thank you very much!

I think they would be okay with even more than 20TB in their UK location.
