Do you expect OVH to work during the weekends? Their support doesn't even want to reply during weekdays.

KS-LE-B can run Windows 2025 Server Datacenter Edition with user-provided license.
Use IPMI. It should allow you to download the ISO and install Windows.

Windows can be installed on all KS-LE servers. I did install windows 2019 through IPMI and then upgrade to 2025. Install through impi takes some time.. but it works.
There are also ready-made Windows templates, if you enter your license key to "#/dedicated/license" page.
Although I'm posting this from a Windows environment, I've grown increasingly accustomed to using Linux for servers. While the command line can be somewhat tedious, it has its own unique charm. I'm not sure if it's just my perception, but I've installed Windows on servers many times and always felt it runs a bit slow.
