    It's strange to read this because from all my POPs in RU, all packets to WAV go via FRA/LIM.
    Never saw RETN in traceroute for OVH.

    So %anyOVHDC for Russia will be: RU > FRA > RBX, RU > FRA > WAW, RU > FRA > SBG, etc...

    OVH do have RETN in Warsaw (WAW-ATM) and Amsterdam (AMS-GSA1) pop. I guess go though other routes like Rostelecom? As OVH has PJSC Rostelecom in Frankfurt (FRA-FR5), packets from your RU nodes prefer this route more, so it go through FRA
