So if there is no chance that you were just dead tired and did this yourself without realizing it I would definitely contact support and ask for logs on what happened there.

Definitely not, unless I was dreaming of starting a Vietnamese hosting provider, and developed a whole Vietnamese website on the domain 😧

    Happened to me once

Before I complete a refund for my KS-LE-A in RBX (standard specs), would anyone like to have it (at cost price)?

ho wmuch time it will take to get redung, after opening a ticket via chat? and do we neeed to cancel the subscription frst?

You should cancel the service first and then open a ticket to request a refund (as a natural person). I am not sure if this is even possible outside the EU. The refund should be processed within a few days.

EDIT: In 10 years as OVH customer, I have only ever refunded one service, so the information may not be entirely up to date.

i m using ovh since 1 year and have currently 8 services,, and today i cancel the subscription of ks le e, and thn open a ticket via a live chat,, and i got confirmation,, thts my refund request is in process,, (validation step) and i chosed prepaid account,, so i was wondering how mcuh time it will gonna take, server is still operational, but mark with" cancelation request submitted" and this is my 1st refund,, usualy i let it expire,,

The server will automatically disappear in a few hours/days.

Anyone open to trade their LE-B? (EU Acc)

Mine with 64GB and 2TB NVMe in GRA - for the identical config in WAW/LIM/FRA/SBG.

Got another 32GB / 2TB NVMe in RBX I could add as well. Just hit me up, we’ll figure something out.

Best their is. A E3-1270v6 (e.g. KS-5) is - for me - the best standard machine. Esp. with OVHs price/performance ratio.

Sure you may have workloads where you need >2000 single core GB6 and some ryzen cpu, but those Xeon will never fail you (while ryzens or ryzen mobos are eager in failing you).

Also the next gen (XEON E21XX XEON E22XX etc.) are surely better but not a jump in the realms of ryzen, so these models are still great.

Anyone got a DDR4+NVMe server (I guess -B or -E only) for a reasonable price? Base config is okay, must be EU

    @FAT32

    Is it time to gamble?

    Yes. Given locations :)

But KS-* have no special upgrades right? Only KS-LE-* can be gambled

You can gamble other too, for example I bought a KS-2 that has 4x4TB and 1gb up/down

    Well... should I gamble

You have invoices ready and waiting on the LE-B?

No I mean the new discounted KS-* in Asia

@beanman109 got a upgrade not so long ago 2x4TB instead of 2x2 we take those

    For which KS-*?

    KS-5

There’s a bunch of levels of IPMI, I think:

    1. No
    2. Java web console you’ll need to find an ancient VM for
    3. Serial console via ssh
    4. HTML5 web console

I think all -B had at least 2 and 3 and 4 would be a prize.
