    Seems KS-LE-D has the highest chance for a 1Gbps port upgrade, but that's it; no other hardware upgrade based on 10+ threads on MJJ forums..

    I reached out to live chat, they opened a ticket for me and credited my account with the money, I was then able to request the refund

    I complained about the drive being over 8 years old
