@Rubben confirm it
Jokes on you, they literally do not.
According to source code:

Even they were surprised it works
I dont get the idea of people avoid JS and such, people just want PLAIN TEXT websites?
Bro’s talking about JavaScript like it's the Black Death.
Also, fun fact: the search engine you used to find “no-JavaScript registrars” uses JavaScript too!
Might as well just back to use telephone at this point to avoid "malicious scripts"
Real vintage perverts use COBOL on COGs.
...though they try to load https://secure.comodo.net/trustlogo/javascript/trustlogo.js which fails.
this request sounds like mental illness
I have a question,
why?
On a serious note, I think some LET members should read this
https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/No-JavaScript_notes
What is even the purpose of this thread?
Is it just about someone's illogical fetish, and people are feeding into it?
That's why he couldn't find one and had to rely on us doing it for him.
shut the fuck up idc
Js is cancer.
Surfing on web with it turned on is like a naked girl going in a room full of rapists.
Maybe you should also have a look at https://regtons.com
Bro just want register domain with lynx browser on dial-up modem
For me, the real problem was mostly javascript-powered web was running on obscure-packed version bundle js rather verbose which can evaluated (which also still nearly hard to see if we see current state of webdev).
I believe you can find the physical addresses of these domain registrars online. Hand them cash and ask them to register a domain name for you.
Yes I am aware of them, thanks for bringing them up but I am not looking for a sub domain this time.
I have been boycotting services and websites that require JavaScript, I suggest you do the same if enough people show to these web developers that such development practices are frowned upon it will bring about change in due time.
I would beg to differ, I find that most people I speak with do not enjoy having to see 5 ads at the same time when trying to read news or have a site unusable because they are not in a well connected area and might only have a few if any mbits up and down.
I am limiting myself to about an hour a day and my goal is to stop using one, well atleast in the form that you think about when you say cell phone.
No I do not use wifi at all as a matter of fact I only use ethernet.
No I do not go outside or travel much.
No these platforms require JavaScript, I torrent all my shows and keep copies offline. If its a indie producion and they need money to continue or support the show I will contact them and offer to donate but I will not let a streaming platform take a cut of that money.
Not any mainstream "normal" ones no. Mostly forums, and image boards and some chat groups on varying chat protocols.
Refer to answer about airbnb.
No I mostly transact locally with people I know when needed.
No I primarily use brave, duckduckgo or startpage.
No and this is really to bad I have contacted a few creators privately and managed to get access to patreon content by paying them directly but most creators are not open to the idea but well then this is something I have to accept.
I might not be there just yet but I am working on the phone situation all the other stuff have been mitigated. RMS did mention in a talk i attended a while back that in cases where he cant find a solution to do something without JavaScript he might have a friend orderd something from amazon for example so most likely he did something similare for hes domain. This to me is not acceptable you can not say no to JavaScript and have someone else use JavaScript on your behalf and continue supporting such practices. As per this thread.
That's a delight thanks for sharing.
You can do quite alot without JavaScript.
Check out this webring where most sites do not require JavaScript https://webring.lain.la/
They might have JavaScript but they work just fine without JavaScript.
You can view my other thread on JavaScript free server providers for more information.
:-(
I believe it is quite logical not wanting to run JavaScript.
Thanks for sharing this :-)
Thanks for the tip this might be a valid option, but it falls short for reasons similar to the proposal of API or phoning the company.
No, its illogical in this context.
You have missed out entirely that people transact with crypto and some people even get paid in crypto...
