    I asked in a ticket a few months ago about this issue and they said they disabled the panel but can control the vps within the client area. I find managing the vps via the client area to be rather annoying.

    Yes, it's quite annoying. I couldn't even load the customer area before. After the support ticket resolved the customer area access issue, I received the same response as you: due to security concerns, we cannot directly access the Virtualizor panel.

    Hey mate, thanks for your reply. Just to be a huge hassle, is there any chance of moving that one server from NY to LA if there is space available? I really don't care about the data on the server as it's freshly installed today but I don't think the issues are fully resolved and I feel like a new start in LA would be best!
