    Hi @DediRock,

    I purchased the $7/year KVM VPS (dedirock-31581695) from this thread a few days ago.
    Unfortunately, the latency was very high (300–400 ms) and the VPS was unusable from my region, so I cancelled it within 24 hours.

    I received a cancellation confirmation email, but there’s been no refund or follow-up after several messages to Billing and even a direct reply to Danny.

    Could someone from the DediRock team please check Ticket #VKF-146748 and confirm the refund status?

    I’m posting here only because the communication seems stuck — I’d still prefer to resolve this directly and fairly.
