    This host does NOT comply with GDPR. If you have a credit card on file and ask them to delete it, they won't if you have an active service.

    We would like to clarify that our company fully complies with GDPR. However, under GDPR, there are exceptions to the right of deletion. Specifically, we cannot delete payment card information while a service is active, because retaining it is necessary to fulfill the contract and continue providing the service.

    Your payment data is securely stored and processed only for this purpose. Once the service is canceled or terminated, all card data can be safely removed or tokenized.

    We are committed to transparency and data protection, and we handle all personal data in accordance with GDPR principles.

    You do not. Payments are already set to manual, so no need to store a card, and the service is set to end / be cancelled at the end of the subscription period, so there will be no further invoices.

  • Hey, just a heads up, my VPS network doesn’t seem to have NAT64/DNS64 enabled.

    It can’t connect to any IPv4 servers (for example, GitHub or any website that has IPv4 only).

    Also, I can't ping to IPv4 IPs. So basically, IPv4 connections don’t work at all unless NAT64/DNS64 is active.

    Might want to enable that or mention it in the specs so people know.

    Note: I know the server is only IPv6, but I'm talking about enabling NAT64/DNS64 so that we can, for example, use:
    git clone [repo]

    This is normal, you need to add NAT64 ip to your resolv config file manually.

    No, my friend, it didn't work. If you actually bought a VPS from this provider, you'd find yourself completely restricted, almost as if you bought a pc without internet access. You literally can't do anything with it.

    I tried every method. Only one way worked, which was redirecting all traffic to Cloudflare WARP. But with that, you risk losing SSH access permanently and your connection becomes completely bound to Cloudflare. On top of that, your internet speed will be slower than if you were using it directly.

    So, the only viable solution, just like nearly all other hosting providers in the world, is to enable NAT64/DNS64. This is essential for translating addresses, especially since the hosting service doesn't provide IPv4. Why is the provider blocking NAT64/DNS64 access for us?

    Of course, I mean using Cloudflare WARP not for your website traffic, but so you can connect to other sites like GitHub and other sites that don't use IPv6 connections.

    Edit: I used this and working:

    2a00:1098:2b::1

    2a00:1098:2c::1

    2a01:4f9:c010:3f02::1

    in resolv.conf
    However, this is considered translation and it delays the connection

    Edit 2:
    My vps internet speed dropped from 500 Mbps to only 5 Mbps because of your solution :neutral:

    I have the same problem as you do, I can't run any scripts from github. the vps is literally useless when I can't use github.
