- Region: SG, HK, JP or PH
- Storage: 48~64TB HDD
- Network: IX or fast transit to Cloudflare/Fastly
- Traffic: 30TB a month, or unmetered at a reasonable price
- No VPS, VDS is fine but subject to reasonable benchmark
- Budget: Less than $400 monthly (pro rata or conversion from annual contract)
