Requirements:

1. Region: SG, HK, JP or PH
2. Storage: 48~64TB HDD
3. Network: IX or fast transit to Cloudflare/Fastly
4. Traffic: 30TB a month, or unmetered at a reasonable price
5. No VPS, VDS is fine but subject to reasonable benchmark
6. Budget: Less than $400 monthly (pro rata or conversion from annual contract)

I did not mention any budget here, APAC is notorious for the pricing so I will watch for some offers first.

You have a pretty healthy budget, im not saying its the best but would OVH rise not work for you in SIN?
