Does having to type it backwards (so image shows it a A1B2C3 but we have to type it as 3C2B1A) help in avoiding bots and what not?

Or maybe something like junk chars in between the actual symbols which can confuse any OCR stuff (like A!3%5_D6#4JK -> A35D64JK) help?
