Actually, it seems to be down...
Typical outsourced clueless support can’t even ping properly
Hourly $
Weaponized incompetence
Lmao first time I heard this term
It is back now. It wasn't responding from multiple locations (UK (home), UK (another VPS), DE, NL) via various protocols (ICMP ping, TCP SSH/HTTPS) earlier.
good luck with the move all. Getting around to setting up my migrated VPS now
My VPS is migrated to Terabit from Enzonix and i have noticed a pretty much downgraded in terms of performance. On Enzonix server my GB6 benchmark of single core was 2012 and Terabit its 755, plus pings from server are blocked, poor disk performance and even poorer connection speed and at lastly no IPV6.

Hey, sorry about that, this was an emergency migration, some were moved to e5 that have lower cpu performance than the previous cpu they were on, but this isnt permanent. IPv6 is getting dealt with, and the network as well.
Should have acquired Enzonix along with their servers, anyways i hope above mentioned issues will be sorted asap.
My server hasn't migrated yet but I'm not going to be happy about the downgrade.
There's only a couple months left in my term so I won't bother with a refund. You can expect me to cancel my service if there isn't a proper cpu in place before my term.
If your service is headed towards Montreal, we just deployed a fleet of new Ryzen 5950Xs, 7950Xs that we just got in. It's very likely you'll land on one of these hypervisors.
Post-migration, we'll begin re-balancing services off of the temporary equipment and onto Ryzens.
If your service is headed for Kansas, we're waiting on our order of new 9950Xs to arrive, our vendor hasn't got the order out yet -- but will be soon.
East coast clients were promised to be moved to Montreal, yet my server was moved to Kansas, with expected implications for the connectivity with Europe. VPS at the very center of the US is very niche location, mostly suitable for the US customers.
Please feel free to DM me or @wadhah, or open a ticket if you'd like to migrate to Montreal. We'd be happy to accommodate it.
hello mr creek 0/4 of my vps have been migrated should i be worried i am getting really worried at this point and its keeping me up at night
Mine hasn't either, though I've now got a copy of everything on there restored to an otherwise idling VPS so if I'm not happy with any aspect of performance or the migration otherwise doesn't go smoothly a switch is just a DNS change or two. Everything on there is pretty static so the most I'll lose is a few log entries if a technical issue blocks a final sync.
Actually… Upon running cursory tests, the other VPS is performing better anyway (a little in most ways, a lot wrt transferring data out to some of my other machines), so I'm switching over now.
Also, latency tests and IPv4 geolocation suggest it is in Germany when it was originally ordered in the UK, suggesting that the “A system maintenance task completed successfully on Saturday 4 October 13:15:08 BST 2025. Due to the nature of the maintenance task, one or more of the IPv4 addresses have changed” was a migration that I wasn't actually informed about at all. I'll not be considering your remaining services for my future needs… I might see if anyone over in Service Transfers wants the remaining three months for nowt!
I'm probably wrong but I thought KVM drive emulation supported TRIM.
Sigh! That would be awesome (Acquiring Enzonix + Their VPSs)!
My vps used to be in Los Angeles, and now it has been moved to Montreal, Canada, which is not what I expected. I hope my vps will stay in Los Angeles, which is necessary for my service.
are the doors already closed at enzonix? tickets don't seem to be being processed anymore, right?
Doors aren't closed just no support with VPSSes anymore, that's moved to terabit
I've not yet been migrated. Are you sure?
Has NY machine start migration? I cant no longer access my NY machine
I have a few instances, 1g each in uk, de and ny and a 2g in ny. the only instance migrated was my 2g.
No ticket answer
i know im late, but from a 9900x to a xeon e5… bruh what……

@wadhah @SilverCreek
