Just responded to one of my open tickets and got a response within 30 mins. Maybe he's just ignoring the mjjs? Been super happy with all my services for what it's worth, minus a few downtimes. Well worth what I'm paying though.

I believe Nuyek is still in business. If it would not be, we would see a huge amount of tickets and complaints on LET.
While im looking to maxxing to maximum dns server allow by my registrar by the end of 2025, but i don't think Nuyek SLA is acceptable for dns server usage

Idk about others but I did got my server months ago and it was bad at start (the network part), but it seems it's going good now , network problem seems to be fixed afterall

It is in the terms, but - I opened a ticket, offered to help, waited a week. Will see what the AGs have to say. Sad cause it's a waste of time for everyone and energy.
No I understood, but having that in your terms when you're holding people's money hostage for months is bullshit. Good example of why I only invest a cup of coffee in new providers.

Server down and it's been almost 24 hours
And no reply from them on tickets
I raised a support ticket 2 days ago around builds not completing and did get a response and the issue seemed to get fix. So he’s there.
My SSO to my servers control panel isn't working today but, and 5 days ago I had the same issue. Looks like 3/5 servers are currently down too.
Certainly rocky at the moment.

They are currently under DDOS attack. They have mentioned on their website "We are aware of the the IPv4 outage. We are dealing with a large DDoS attack taking our IPv4 down. We are working on a solution but this will likely not be done till sometime 10/31/2025. IPv6 is still working at this time."
