Burnout can be real yes but it is not saying we don't give any benefit of the doubt, plus him purposely logging in using other accounts (not his provider account) just to lurk and read instead of providing ANY updates.

Don't forget a lot of such preorders (with promise to deliver in a few weeks) are a few hundreds. Yes it doesn't sounds a lot for rich guy like you, or in business terms, but this is not pocket change for many like us.

Not sure how it went against me but my charge back was denied; even with detailed time line etc. CRAZY. Guess a good relationship with STRIPE. BUT, hopefully a donated server to a local school or something will make a difference. HOWEVER, now I know of crunchbits.com which is near home - checking out what you have now! SO, your post.. thank you.

Its really weird when Stripe denied, maybe you not provide enough detail ? Mind to share chargeback detail ? Just exclude or cross the personal detail.
