  • He lost a subnet and hasn’t been on LET for a month.

It’s time to dust off the disaster recovery button so it’s ready for action.

Had paid with crypto as that only possible for me at that time. I know the company is a one man operation but some updates would have been nice even if delivery is not possible now.

Not the first provider loosing a subnet, probably rented.

  • Fun fact - Apple Credit Card has no limit in history for chargeback.

    Chargeback 3 years later.

Uh what? I hooe not, got services with him. Been a pretty smooth ride so...

Besides a delayed pre-order I personally don't see a reason to come to that conclusion.

Problem is if that is combined with lack of response from support. You are right that sometimes a provider may experience issues with supply of servers, which might cause quite a delay. Every provider goes through this at some point, even well established providers. Many times a customer is willing to wait, as long as the provider explains the situation in support line - customers tend to love human contact and honesty and openness.

However, lack of support is a completely different issue, and it is a huge red flag for failure, because support is one of the most vital signs of a company being alive with care for its customers. If there is no support, the ship sinks. We have seen this on LET multiple times.

Same situation here — it’s been 2 months with no delivered .
I’ve tried support tickets, forum PMs, and even email for a month, but got zero response.
How did you do your refund? Through the provider or your credit card chargeback?

Let me preface this post by by saying the following: I am not associated (or have ever been) with nuyek. I also never used any of their services.

When i saw this thread, i reached out via dm on the forums to see if they needed any help - Did not get a reaction.

Then i reached out via their ticket system to see if they needed help or where considering closing/selling their business. Within 12 hours i got the following response: "Thank you for the ticket. I'm currently not interested but thank you for the offer!".

There is nothing that i can contribute to the conversation beyond this post.

  • sounds like they’re just a bit in over their head with the last shipment and some IP allocation issues. it happens -- probably tired of hearing about it from everyone waiting. hopefully things level out soon.

Agreed. When support dies, not looking good. Following as I really like my services with them and would hate it going to shit.

I don't think there's many people involved in the business... Not an excuse but... You know...

  • I can’t get in touch with the seller. They often post promotions to attract people. I’m not sure what kind of behavior this is — are they scammers?

I’m talking about the promotions on their website, not Lowntalk.

I did the same, as I was furloughed at the time - but wow if you challenge a charge you get a response along with a $65.00 termination fee - after waiting a week. Submitted a complaint to the AG in IL and MD. Very disappointing. :(
