It looks like it's 10 less a month per extra year contract so 12 year contract it seems.

There are hundreds of service providers in the market. Have you ever considered how VPN companies acquire their IP subnets? Since most VPNs operate under a strict no-logs policy, That’s why VPN providers usually just ignore DMCA complaints.
@sweatthosting Having a no-logs policy doesn’t exempt a provider from handling abuse or copyright complaints. VPNs that “ignore” DMCA notices usually operate from jurisdictions where DMCA doesn’t apply, but that’s not the same as being compliant. Under RIPE and most RIR terms, resource holders are still responsible for abuse management, ignoring reports isn’t a legitimate or professional practice.
