It's disabled on SolusVM end (at node settings) however there has some been some reports that it's still counting, so it would be total for now.

This is provider is highly recommended.

They have IPv6 and IPv4 rDNS through the control panel. I have never had to open a ticket for anything.

Note: I have openVZ VPS on nodes LA1 and LA2.
