Reseller limits aren't set by default due to many client having preference of the default setting and CloudLinux not supporting automatically setting this up easily.

If you need lightning fast response times to non critical issues then we aren't the right host for you.

I am not sure why you think a server load of 10 indicates that the system is oversold?

In regards to the suspension then the account were infested with malware and was suspended to prevent issues as a result of this. It's a great help to many clients to give them a chance to stop the infection before it causes potential issues.

is this offer still valid? If so, this code "WEBHOSTING25" doesn't work on the DA 100GB yearly plan

  • @labze I look for you everywhere. Maybe here I can find you 🥹I know it hasn't been six months since I opened the ticket, but I'm used to a little faster help.

  • @labze What if I need more space for reseller plans in a few months? For example, if one or more sites grow, is it possible to pay for additional space? If so, what is the price?

  • @labze can you check my Ticket #9621936 please, it been 3 days

  • @labze , can you check my Ticket #4756002 please, it's been 6 days ago

  • Hi @labze , I am facing a different problem with my reseller package. The server response time is getting higher day by day. It's getting 956ms -1438 ms. I have opened a ticket #3678674. Please have a look at that issue.

  • Is hostbrr not a one man band?

The ticket has been responded to. You need to provide a MTR for any networking concerns.

In any case, I would appreciate not requesting a reply to a ticket here 4 minutes after opening it :-)

  • Please check Ticket 6944844. We need response bit fast. I need to upgrade the server. There is no facility in client area.

  • Still no one responded to ticket. :(

Opening a simple billing request as a technical emergency priority will only result in slower response times. Needing to upgrade on short notice is not a emergency.

  • All tickets mentioned on LET, especially mentioned multiple times with short delay between are urgent per se.

  • im sure @labze is regretting about ever posting this considering the amount of headache involved with dealing with constant bumps.

  • Overall, it's not a bad host it's fast and cheap, and I'm more than happy with Hostbrrr. The only downside is the ticket reply times. It takes a lot of hours to get a response or have a problem resolved. I'm writing this because it's the third time I've had the same issue with my account: I can’t upload via FTP. The other two times it was resolved, but only after about 20 hours. I’m not sure what timezone the owner is in, but if it’s a European timezone, then waiting 9 hours for a reply or a simple problem resolution is quite bad. If it’s in the U.S. or another timezone where it’s nighttime, then I understand the time difference explains the delay

Anything under 24 hours is pretty good. You want faster support? Pay for it.

would gladly do at hostbrr for faster support responses. It is a good host. But on the other hand it's a quallity issue. Support means you care for your business and customers, so i think it has to be on spot. Not talking here about the random how to questions or idk what. But billing and urgent service regarded questions should be answered asap.

I always envy the experience others may have had with support from webhosts as it seems like so many people are guaranteed lightning fast responses. As a consumer myself I've had my fair share of support tickets handled from very well established hosts where I've paid 20x the price and still need to wait 12-24 hours for responses, and even longer when considering Contabo. This is even from hosts that claims 24/7 support.

Of course that shouldn't be the excuse for slow response times, but I'd also say it is the exception rather than the rule. The majority of our tickets are handled well within 12 hours and most (true) emergency tickets within 1-2 hours.
