Ok tracking, I can see if I can get more blocks, I checked your servers, we see the IPV6 there? Is it not working at all or not showing up in the panel?
Same with me, i opened a ticket & its status is "in progress.."
No. I have no IPv6, on neither server. There is no IPv6 on panel, and neither on servers. I tried reboot too.

It's actually something at the Virtualizor level, we are still waiting on them to dig in to fix, server should actually be on just cannot access the panel in WHMCS.

This does not appear to be an isolated incident.
My storage VPS has now been offline for nearly 36 hours. I submitted a support ticket at the 10-hour mark, but it took an additional five hours to receive a generic response stating that the issue would be investigated. I followed up again at the 24-hour point and received the exact same vague and unhelpful reply. No status update, no timeline, only a promise to respond later.
This outage is causing backup failures and disrupting essential operations.
When will this issue be resolved?
If /64 its not possible can i have atleast 20 ipv6 for vps?

Hey @z9876z sorry about the ticket responses, I just jumped in there. We are working with Virtualizor right now, they're trying to debug it, for some reason that one server is not syncing, server is actually live......
I don't have a full ETA yet, should have one in next few hours.
Definitely understand on the failures and disrupting your operations, working on this to make it right.
