my vps down for days and no response about ticket. did you meet the same issue?

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    We had a cluster failure in our San Jose location. Not all services in San Jose are affected.

    Currently we are working on it with the datacenter to restore it as soon as possible.

    Regarding your ticket we are addressing those one by one. You can guess there are many.

    We are making good progress. Everything should be up and running today or the latest tomorrow.
