  • And here we are again - servers down for a few days, no access to virtfusion control panel, and no reply to my ticket. Are others having issues? Their status shows everything operational. I know you get what you pay for - but at least make an effort

  • I can confirm the servers are down and even their homepage is unavailable right now, no contact info available during the outage and the phone number listed via archive isn't being answered.

    Agreed - I'm at risk of losing some data as well.. have a back-up of most everything but did not everything. This might be a tough lesson for me... should of learned the first time they went down.

  • 1 week of down-time, no communication, owner is 'online' Steam playing games. After this amount of time you can only define this as an obvious exit scam.
