And here we are again - servers down for a few days, no access to virtfusion control panel, and no reply to my ticket. Are others having issues? Their status shows everything operational. I know you get what you pay for - but at least make an effort

Agreed - I'm at risk of losing some data as well.. have a back-up of most everything but did not everything. This might be a tough lesson for me... should of learned the first time they went down.
