Dear LowEndTalk Members,
Please Do Your Magic, We bought Cloud VPS 1 Year from reseller HostDzie and got issue an Network Intermittent sinced 08/09/2025 with Ticket ID : Ticket #748105 - Network Down.
- No Firewall
- Just Server with New Reinstalled OS
There are so many intermittent with their networks and we attached the data included :
- Monitoring HetrixTools
- Check-host.net
- Traceroute from SG.GS Looking Glass Singapore
- Log From Cloudflare
- Traceroute from source their networks to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8
All our Attached the data denied by their Support Team, we request refund and re-order to get different Prefix they rejected it untul 15/09/2025.
This happened to me only from prefix 64.120.92.xx. What should i do?

First of all did magic happened yet ? posting in LET cant fix Undersea cables cut
You did also warned us about creating thread in LET, i never had any issues with it.
Now lets come to the issue,
First of all network was never always down, it reported you packet loss from multiple locations after Undersea cables cut, later when every network started re-routing traffic it was fixed swiftly.

During that time major cable cut happened,
Here is LET thread about it
So some packet loss was expected, we informed you same.
Since then every networks were re-routing traffic to prevent packet loss.
Goal was to prevent downtime, not latency.
Later downtime/packet loss was fixed, as per current checking i see your vps has almost no packet loss, Check Here i see some from china, Israel, Turkey, but it depends on other side networks as well, they need to re-route traffic to fix this.
Lets say xyz network from india doesnt have any backup route, so it can still show you packet loss, it depends on them to fix it, leaseweb cant fully control this.
In recent reply you have sent me hetrix tools report showing some packet loss from Japan, Singapore etc, these are due to that Undersea cables cut incedent, those networks have to re-route their traffic as well.
I have forwarded your issue with leaseweb and replied you their response also.
The only wizard I know is @Calin but his dark magic is too dark hence banned
