    There has to be a cut off at some point. Resources are not infinite. The longer the deal remains on the table the slower the service gets for everyone.

    Also something runs at 3:30am EDT every Saturday morning that hits performance BAD. I'm guessing it is a backup job or something like that.

    yup very true. how long does the performance get hit @ that time? I can check it out.

    Roughly 4-5 minutes, it isn't for very long but it's like clockwork since I signed up. Definitely an automated job.

    maybe it's status about one of servers in LA. In fact my $7 vps in LA is running.

    Can't connect to client area link from homepage, says database can't connect @dedirock

    my LA server is up BUT logging in into the dashboard keeps giving me database error.

    im starting to wonder if my billing address and payment info is even safe with those guys ;--; (edit: im probably majorly overreacting lol)

    but the servers themselves seem okay for their price.. you can't expect too much for $7/year.

    You mentioned that only a few VPS instances were affected, but I don’t know if that’s true, since we can’t determine the scope of the impact. What I do see is that my VPS has been down for a long time. You're responding optimistically here, but the issue hasn’t been resolved.

    Gateway Timeout
    The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

    Additionally, a 504 Gateway Timeout error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
