    I ordered my first VPS from DediRock (Order ID: 2802775538), but unfortunately it hasn’t worked since the beginning. I opened a support ticket (Ticket #YEP-047866) right away and even attached screenshots, but after waiting more than 72 hours I only got repeated automated replies — no real help from a technician.

    As this was my first time trying DediRock, I expected a smoother experience.

    I stopped the VPS and restarted it, but there was no change in CPU or storage.
    Looks like you missed mine.

    Getting those resources doubled was for another deal. For this one, it's just the bandwidth that is getting doubled. I think if they doubled CPU and storage on this $7/year offer they would be out of business before Black Friday.

    Hey Jeff, sorry about that man, I know downtime is a bummer. Ya that node went down 2x. It's an odd thing, from what I know the node is brand new top to bottom, so just a tough draw I guess. It's almost handled from what I can see. By today well have final resolution. Sorry for the snag. Thx
