You guys are doing a great job squeezing as much profit out of this hardware while not letting it negatively impact everyone that buys one. Kudos to you and your team, keep up the great work! I'll be constantly monitoring performance to make sure it stays that way.
Getting those resources doubled was for another deal. For this one, it's just the bandwidth that is getting doubled. I think if they doubled CPU and storage on this $7/year offer they would be out of business before Black Friday.

Ugh, Dedirock is down for the second time this month. You need to take down that "99.9% Uptime" claim and just change it to "0% Uptime!". The last outage took like 36 hours to fix, and who knows how long this one will take. The dedirock team is beyond unprofessional.

Yes, my VPS was offline for about two days recently. I’ve submitted four separate requests for double bandwidth compensation, as others have received, but so far my requests seem to have been overlooked. Could you please look into this?

Sorry Cheng, need to work on that uptime for sure. Apparently it’s a known issue with the Lexar drives connecting to the backplane fully. Fairly certain we have the solution, if not we are replacing the full node. Sorry man, we are working on it.
