Cloudcone No Answer!!!
A terrible experience at CloudCone, I can't understand their way of working. 8 years of experience and they act like they just started their service!!! Can't resolve a tiny ant-sized complaint for days. They don't help customers in any circumstances, just keep making us wait and wait without any information or updates.

I mean the problem is only the size of an ant, but they're handling it like they're dealing with a dinosaur or Godzilla.
I have been very calm and I also understand that it seems CloudCone is doing this intentionally. They have the ability to handle it but don't want to do anything.

I'm not advertising for anyone, I'm just a regular CloudCone user, and I'm complaining about how they work. If you don't believe me, just try using them once

The mistake was mine for choosing the wrong provider, not CloudCone's fault. They're doing very well

It seems you made an account to bitch about a provider, without giving even the smallest context but maybe don't want to share anything that will point them to who you are because you may have done something wrong and want to give negative feedback but don't want them to come back with their side of the story

I've used Vultr, Linode, DO, Hivelo,... and all tickets were resolved satisfactorily and quickly. But what about CloudCone? They just won't help their customers at all. Everyone makes mistakes - that's normal. What matters is working together to fix those mistakes. I'm just complaining that CloudCone refuses to help their customers, that's all!! Whether who's right or wrong doesn't matter when they won't do anything to help.
So what is your matter ? Where ticket ? Where proof ? or it all just deframe CloudCone.

OP already said that he will post everything in the right moments. You fools don't understand the game! Do you realize that if he shows the tickets too early, then cloudcone can build their defense early on?

In my opinion, OP should be banned. He started an account just to bash a provider without even say a damn thing about the issue, he created the account with a username that easily could be mistakenly taken as related to the provider. This behavior should be unacceptable...

You’re right — I’m the one who’s been wronged. I lost money paying for the service, yet they won’t let me use it and they don’t provide proper support. I’m not new to using server services. Although I’m not claiming to be a long-time veteran, I’ve been running servers for 15 years. I’ve never encountered such an awkward situation with CloudCone. I used TMZVPS before they changed to Stablepoint. When I used TMZVPS I also had an incident where a VPS was mistakenly deleted, but they handled it conscientiously — they helped and tried every way to fix it. As for CloudCone… oh, I don’t know.
And I guarantee that this topic contains no deception and is not an advertisement for any provider. I stand by every word I say.
