Y'all need to reply my ticket. Ticket #PYJ-258220 has been open for 2 weeks or thereabouts..that's two weekends without issues properly addressed to. Another weekend is going by and node is offline and cannot be found is the new issue

A lot of downtimes, unless I start in again through the panel. Support is unprofessional, because can't solve this critical problem -- as I see, other users facing the same problem.
Not recommended. Not for production purposes. Will move to another hosting provider at the end of the paid period.

We have a slight delay with some cases, should be resolved today.
@Chunkserve My VPS has been down for nearly 8 days now. This is unacceptable. After submitting a support ticket #PMO-727579, I received one unhelpful reply and have heard nothing since. Could you please update me on whether you are working to resolve this and provide an estimated time for the fix?
I have the same issue my VPS is currently down for 2 days and no action has been taken on the ticket
