  • Y'all need to reply my ticket. Ticket #PYJ-258220 has been open for 2 weeks or thereabouts..that's two weekends without issues properly addressed to. Another weekend is going by and node is offline and cannot be found is the new issue

  • A lot of downtimes, unless I start in again through the panel. Support is unprofessional, because can't solve this critical problem -- as I see, other users facing the same problem.

    Not recommended. Not for production purposes. Will move to another hosting provider at the end of the paid period.

    Well, I can't confirm that; everything is working fine for me. I'm satisfied with the price/performance ratio.

Could you please update me on whether you are working to resolve this and provide an estimated time for the fix?
