    Regarding below spec from Montreal, Canada Location:
    E3-1240 or better || 16GB DDR3 || 4x4TB SATA || 1Gbit 30TB IN + Out BW
    E5-1650v3 || 16GB DDR4 || 4x12TB SATA || 1Gbit 30TB IN + Out BW

    We had prepared around 50% of our total server stock in advance. However,
    Due to the high volume of incoming orders, all ready servers in stock has already been sold out, but we have more coming stock.

    As a result, your order will take time to deliver, it will take up to 1-2 weeks from now.
    But we expect it to be done within this week, not 100% guaranteed though.

    So if you are ordering it, please keep in mind those 2 spec will have delay activation.

    And those who have already placed order and didn't get it yet,
    This means you will have to wait, we already sent you email about it.
    If you can't wait, i can cancel and issue a refund. there is no issue in that.
    Simply reply us in same email or open ticket.

    Let us know your decision.

    You can replace it with other specs which can be delivered within today like 4x8TB, 2x2TB, 2x4TB etc.

    It's a scam. I saw that the order was still pending in the backend, so I asked for a refund. But they said that the TOS indicated that the discounted model could not be refunded.

    So what was your plan ?
    You ordered server, and after getting details you asked for refund?
    In dedicated server order there is no refund. clearly written in order page.

    There is a reason we asked in thread to read rules and more information by giving order page link.

    And, as per TOS there is no refund for all promotional orders.

    Recently updated TOS and posted everywhere so you guys can know about it :)
    So, no more abuse of the refund system.

    Orders which will be delayed more than 24 hours,
    For them we will offer refund and option to wait longer.
    It depends on the client if they want a refund or want to wait.

    We keep things fair.

    I mean is that when I submitted the ticket, the order was still in pending status.

    BTW,
    Where you got idea that you will get refund if you service was not yet showing active?
    Do we say that anywhere ?

    Maybe open paypal dispute, we do expect you will open dispute as well.
    We are ready with our TOS copy and order page screenshots and your order logs etc.
    We will handle it there.

    Its dedicated so you get full root access, and a panel to reinstall OS and also you can access bios etc using IPMI, so full control, its bare metal server its fully yours, nothing is shared..
