    It's a scam. I saw that the order was still pending in the backend, so I asked for a refund. But they said that the TOS indicated that the discounted model could not be refunded.

    So what was your plan ?
    You ordered server, and after getting details you asked for refund?
    In dedicated server order there is no refund. clearly written in order page.

    There is a reason we asked in thread to read rules and more information by giving order page link.

    And, as per TOS there is no refund for all promotional orders.

    Recently updated TOS and posted everywhere so you guys can know about it :)
    So, no more abuse of the refund system.

    For them we will offer refund and option to wait longer.
    It depends on the client if they want a refund or want to wait.

  • If you are really kind, you should use red font to mark "No refound" like other hosting providers instead of hiding it in an internal link.

    Pending state shows active after sometime.

    Need at least 1.5gbe internet
    Cpu and ram dont matter that much (its for PBS)
    As for ip, nat v4 is fine
