Honestly I'd rather deal with GPT than outsourced support.
We've seen a good number of customers who use it and it's never seemed good.
I guess it really depends on what you need. I've seen better luck with smaller webhosting companies who use cpanel and the people providing support for them are semi knowledgeable on that one task.
Sometimes is better to offer no support or limited support( only for the hardware) than you know. East European salaries may be are likely 1800-2400 euros per person .
