    mine has been recreated, but the IO is as shit as it was 8 months ago. good for VPN use maybe.

    worse than my HDD storage vps.

    after wasting 8 months, 2 deleted tickets on this shit provider i get back regurgitated shit.

    what a shit piece of hardware hosted on shit SSD.

    Haha, I just remembered my hosting with this VPS when I found my old tickets...

    I bought it back in November 2023. Debian template didn't work. Tried AlmaLinux template and it worked. Reinstalled Debian template and it didn't work and then I was locked out of reinstalling again because of some limit in the control panel.

    I contacted him via ticket explaining the issue and several days later he replied "can you try again in 15 minutes", but I missed that reply, and forgot about the server until about 8-9 months later.

    I think at that point, I maybe managed to re-install Debian, but anyway asked to pay the annual renewal early as I'd be out of the country when the invoice was due. I guess I paid, and then forgot about the server on my return home as I don't appear to have ever tried to log on since.

    So, I've actually paid two years of this and seemingly still never actually used it apart from re-installing multiple times.

    So the customer support definitely needs some improvement.

    I finally decided to send them a ticket anyway, just saying it'd been down for some time and couldn't be restarted from the control panel. There was no explanation, just "we've recreated it based on the specifications", without mentioning the incident or any concern or heads-up about whether I had lost any data or not (which I hadn't, but they didn't know that), just a freshly imaged VPS with a totally different IP address (even compared to what it told me earlier this morning before the ticket) and different operating system.

    At least the ticket was answered quickly though.

    Seems like the host conveniently ignored most tickets. Is it really difficult to just reply "we are working on it"? Is ignoring or deleting tickets more fun? Or we are witnessing the process of deadpooling? ;)

    I think it pointless to discus about it, since the owner doesn't give a shit, I will cancel today my services with him and move one. at this point even purpledaddy provides better service then him

    My special priority ticket for Department 44 (LOL) was handled after 51 hours (while announcement said guaranteed 24 hours). My server was recreated, with the same IP. It pings. I will run YABS in a moment!1oneoeneO!n1onee.

    If you sent ticket that to that special new department that it is "how" it was supposed to work - that one is only for recreation of 50 servers that were on KVMNL44 (there is 44 in name of that department, at the end).

    How are you supposed to know that?
    Why wouldn't they reach themselves to those 50 people?
    Why wouldn't they just recreate all those 50 people?
    Who the fuck knows, but this is how it was "supposed" to work.

    However you also got new IP which is strange. You also probably wasn't at node 44 at all :D

    There is Debian 12, it's working! Last time I clicked things here (2023/2024) there wasn't working Debian 12 :D

    IPv6 is dead [as it was]. I had a ticket about that, after blaming user and "it works on the node" it was diagnosed as

    We have forwarded IPV6 issue to Virtualizor and make ticket. Issue not our side. We inform everyone soon.

    and ticket moved to some special status like IPV6 Assignment in progress. That was around January 2024. As you can probably guess ticket is deleted from system, no follow ups, no information, no working IPv6 (despite visible in panel) :D

    In all seriousness, don't do that. If you feel like you really need to cancel early, contact him and ask for a refund rather than trying to ruin his business with disputes.

    Situation with The node is Shit while already busy with everything. I come Back to all once solved next week. Staff Alex and Christoph answer and solve your inquiry asap and i try as well but im busy with resellers
    But also note that we run many customers with many vps nodes. I Need to sleep after all as Well and i also want to answer this all when my head is clear. Currently Stressed.

    All will be resolved. Just be patient.

    We recently put up a Status Website for issues to improve at least the part to keep customers informed.
    Please Note even another email coming regarding gtt maintenance (junos Update.)
    All Transit customers in nikhef Seem affected. September 3th.

    No we dont Deadpool.
