DartNode Support Unreachable & Unresponsive - No response for over 4 days...
All - By any chance is Dartnode active on this Forum or does someone have any contact information for them.
It has been more then 4 days and they have not responded to my ticket on billing and accounting.
Last when I asked them for their support SLA's and had some issues with their DDOS protection the response times were terrible beyond 48hrs in all instances (however they responded). This time there is no response at all, complete radio silence.
They never bothered to respond to sales related questions as well where I wanted a quote for multiple 9950x3d dedicated servers, I ended up closing the ticket myself after 24 to 30+hrs with no response from anyone.
I am really not sure how a service provider who provides dedicated servers cannot have a response time SLA or be so irresponsive and careless.
Appreciate any help from anyone.

Naah - I dont have any POC. They didn;t even both to answer my sales related tickets and I ended up closing it. If a company is not interested in responding to Sales tickets especially to someone enquiring about multiple servers costing upwards of $300 a month per server then its a significant red flag for me and that is exactly what is happeneing. Good for us we didn't do any prod deployments and usually run the servers in staging for first 3 months just to test the waters with any new provider.... Phew!!!!
Seems like my only option is to file a chargeback now
Its been over 6 days with no response from @DartNode, this is ridiculous levels of customer server even for someone paying $1 a month, let alone for someone paying over $200+ a month.
I am really not sure how are such providers even allowed here...

lol I wonder if they even have one, i wont be surprised if this a 1 man company run from someone's garage.... especially with this level of customer service...
So they finally processed the refund in flat 30 mins after I filled a chargeback and logged a ticket intimating them about the action with subject "Chargeback Filed with my Bank".
That definitely assertains my original belief that they intentionally either dont respond or are just too careless and overwhelmed to bother responding to other tickets, essentially no SLA.
Worst experience ever with a hosting provider.

They have recently had a data loss incident...they are usually active when they have offers_mode=on but otherwise...
As good as a offer they may give, even if they give me 10 dedicated servers with Threadripper 9995WX for free I would stay away from them. They are not even worth to host my non-prod data, let alone anything in Prod.
Well I will be honest if anyone give me 9995WX free I will take it, free is free.
But anyway of course hope their support gets better.

In my opinion, they should hire more staff.
Looks like their wildcard cert expired yesterday... control panel throws a cert error now, heh.
Staff training is important too. More staffs+don't know what customer want=no staff at all. But it will make support fee sky rocket
You should have automation behind this, and you should also have logging behind the automation in case it fails.
This is a rookie mistake.
100% exactly this, and certificate rotation and associated automation is so simple... along with a rookie mistake its also a significant security lapse...
They are probably already out of business, just waiting for customers to leave without them having to close shop, that way they dont have any liability. Who knows...

I used them a year ago, and there were times when the support was unreachable. Glad I got out of there if this is the case. It didn't work for me because they didn't have a good anti-DDoS solution. Hope they get this sorted for you
