Yes, you can install windows please be warned however that there is an ongoing issue with our windows template currently that we are working to fix as quickly as possible. This issue causes none of our settings such as network password or disk size to apply when the VM is created. We are working on this.

You can do it from the networking tab on the cloud portal. Set the RDNS in there and it will automatically update.
Seems obvious right? First response wanted screenshots to show them what reverse dns is. Going into day 3 waiting to see what the next response will be.
I can't even find a networking tab. I can make payments, add ips, and open another ticket.

We are aware of this. We are working to resolve it and have already responded to many tickets about this issue. The issue is with the hypervisor LA-2V. The one that previously had a motherboard failure that took out the entire system for 24hrs. Since this failure we have struggled to return the system to stability.
We have already been sending emails about this for migrations as we are moving people to other servers, that are perfectly stable.

This thread is OLD. The code expired months ago. Please wait for the next run of sales once we get the current issues affecting services in LA and our S3 systems resolved.
Your ticket will be answered soon, currently the feature is missing within our recently updated virtualization system (any VM ordered within the last 2-weeks) if your RDNS is a valid domain and has matching an A record pointing to our server IP we can complete this request for you manually for now.
We are working to resolve all current issues as quickly as possible. If you have a ticket open about an issue please wait for a response. Opening multiple tickets about the same issue will not speed up the resolution time.

Another kind user linked me a screenshot of the panel and with that clue I was able to figure out that you have to "manage" 3 times before getting the actual control panel where all things are possible. Really not obvious, maybe I'm the only person that ever got stuck here though.
Aside from this minor issue (and the genuinely odd support response), I'm quite happy with the resources/performance/location.
