They won't respond to my support tickets. The server has been down for hours and there's been no notification or response to the support ticket. I just requested a service cancellation. I hope I can get my money back.

Hello Everyone,
We have some unfortunate news to share. The hypervisor server7756 (AMD EPYC 7443P) is currently down. This happened right after we asked the datacenter (Interwerk) to add a 1 TB NVMe drive. Following their checks, they reported that the root disk is broken. Please note this is not due to our actions, we simply requested the drive installation, and we don’t know what exactly caused the failure on their side.
The good news is that all your servers’ .img files are safe, there is no data loss. We have already opened a ticket with the VirtFusion team to help us bring the servers back online as quickly as possible.
We truly understand how important uptime is, and we will compensate everyone for this downtime. We kindly ask for your patience while we work on the recovery.

Update:
We’ve successfully transferred around 70% of the servers’ image files. Within the next 3 hours, all server data will be safely moved to our storage system. After that, we’ll reinstall the hypervisor and upload all the data back, which may take another 20 hours.
Once that’s done, everything will be back online.
The 9950X node is running normally now. The provider has explained the reason for the downtime and is willing to offer compensation time. I don't think we need to be overly critical, but this outage certainly had a negative impact on their reputation. I hope they can resolve these issues soon and get past their 'newbie phase', lol.
