I've obviously attached the screenshots to the ticket. I just wanted to share my experience. As I said, the support was good, but there were some issues I didn't like, and I don't want to continue with this provider.
Can you tell us about the problems you've encountered:
A plan was incorrectly activated, which was resolved in 3 minutes and an extra 10 GB NVMe was provided?
Could you attach photos of the ticket? We knew from the start that it was only your intention, but as we told you, you were the only one having connection issues in Frankfurt. We were always there to help, but you just wanted to comment on LET

But my server wasn't in Utah, it was in Frankfurt.
I simply reported my experience. The activation didn't go through automatically because you activated the wrong plan for me. You resolved it quickly, and I'm happy about that.
Then I encountered some connection issues, with the connection not being particularly fast to destinations outside the EU.
I requested a refund and was immediately reimbursed.
I received excellent customer support. For me, the case is closed. Goodbye.
