is nohavps good?
in General
I saw a dedicated server promotion on them on here with an Intel processor. I think it's a Zion or however you spell it? with 32 GB of ram 480 GBSSD and a gigabyte connection and I'm considering it. Are they a good company?
Thanked by 1nohavps

I've had a dedi with them for 7-8 months. They've done a pretty good job. Their SLC location is at the Fiberstate DC. I think I've had 100% uptime so far.
yup. their network is good. I had them earlier.
thanks guys just purchased a server last night and it was provisioned today in Utah. Gonna give this a try but so far it looks promising
sorry not in Utah it was provisioned in Buffalo. Didn't have the IP location results on the top of my head when I wrote the post
Yes there services good I also have a 20GB ram hosted from novahosting it works fine without any issues
Hello,
Thank you very much for choosing NohaVPS.
All of our dedicated servers are located in Utah
Perhaps the assigned IP doesn't have an updated Whois
Send us a ticket and we'll review it
if I do this does it require me to get a new IP or my services to go down?
Your services continue to operate without problems
We just make sure the IP has its Whois updated. We send emails to the providers/sites to update the information.
They are not good.
The @nohavps account likes to talk dirty in other providers’ threads.
I have personally never used their services. However, my interactions with them have always been good.
three days later my dedicated has been used a bit and experience is good so far
I've always had terrible interactions with them and they constantly shit up other provider's offer threads. I refuse to ever even consider getting anything from them as a matter of principle, and would encourage people looking for hosting to pick a more professional company to do business with.
First, I want to apologize if in some posts I've shared opinions that differ from those already published. We understand your point. I'm someone who makes mistakes, but I assure you that, after the last post, I will not comment on anything other than our company.
Greetings and thank you for your comments, which help us improve.
Hello,
Thanks. We're here for anything!
Thank you for your opportunity with NohaVPS
We're here to help you with anything you need
I recently placed an order for a LITTLE VPS configuration with 2 VCPUs, 4GB RAM, and 60GB of storage.
You activated a VPS with 1 VCPU, 2GB RAM, and 30GB of storage.
I'm extremely disappointed; I expect the utmost professionalism.
I've opened a ticket. Please resolve this as soon as possible. @nohavps
Dear Customer,
Your ticket was answered within 3 minutes
We even gave you an additional 10 GB NVMe for the automatic activation error in the plan
I saw it, thank you for your prompt response, a plus.
I'll try your services again, and I hope we can continue our collaboration.
If I ever need anything in their locations I fully intend to give them a test run, our paths just haven't converged yet.
We have other problems:
1) Slow or busy connection in some locations.
2) Bandwidth is set to 2 Tera but should be 3 Tera.
3) Geekbench 6 values that don't reflect a Ryzen 9 9950x, which should do at least 3000-3300 in single core, but even in multi-core it's not good. At the moment 2200 single 3900 multi, not good!
@nohavps please resolve
Can you stop doing this and start to use their support ticket system?
I've opened a ticket, of course, but for the sake of transparency, I want to report the issues I'm experiencing. Is this bothering anyone?
Dear customer, I think you are getting confused with the Yabs scores. If you are not satisfied, we can refund your money. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but you are the only one who has this problem. Support is through tickets, not in Let.
What transparency? How many days do you wait for their response via support ticket?
Thank you, we are here for anything.
Dude, you do realize resources on a VPS are shared among other users right. You might be on a busy node which is why you’re getting lower scores at that moment. Try doing the YABS at a later time and see how it compares before making a ticket or something. You could have had these issues resolved had you made a support ticket on their website instead of pinging nohavps in a comment with all your problems.
I hope you do know that VPS is run on a shared environment, so scores might be lower in the moment. Why not try again later and you could've opened a support ticket with them instead of complaining online
But the test score wasn't the problem. Why are you all focusing on that?
I ordered a VPS with certain specifications, but I got a VPS with lower specifications.
The connection was very slow, 30-70 megabits on some destinations, and on others the test wouldn't even start.

You haven't shown us slow connection, hopefully you showed that in your ticket.
You mentioned incorrect specs that the provider already fixed and gave you extra.
Your 3rd point is complaining about geekbench values.
What else did you want comment on?
it is indicated in the first point that the connection was slow.
