You have placed 2 orders actually, and both are using diff account.
In one account you placed WDC vps, in another IN Cloud VPS.
And for IN Cloud VPS you paid, for WDC you didn't.
Unreal customer service for a new business. I am in North America, where we use credit/Debit and paypal. I was going to order a Mumbai server, so I placed the order and did not pay for it using the methods you had, because I do not use Bitcoin or those European providers you want, which charge Euro $4.50 plus a percentage for a card transaction. However, I did see in your accounting area that you supported pre-filling an account via Paypal. This is what I did for the original Mumbai server. What did you do? You kept my money and never provisioned the Mumbai server.
In the meantime, I ordered a Washington DC server with the same mechanism. I did not pay for it (It was an outstanding order). Then, I used your interface to pay for it using Paypal. You accepted the payment. I had sent you support tickets explaining the whole issue... yet, in the meantime, you removed all my support tickets as if nothing had ever happened!
Finally, I got the idea of how your BILLING might work -- if I prepaid and had an account balance, I could then order and you would pay for the new server via that balance.
YES! IT worked. I started to provision my server.
Then I get this email from you:
"Suspension Reason: There is no benefit in trying tricks to bypass paypal limit in these orders, we check all order manually and cancel if its paid using paypal. Your order is cancelled, money refunded."
Tricks to bypass Paypal limit? What the hell are you talking about? I funded 30 Euros to my account?
Here's the problem: I should be able to fund my account any way possible. If my account with you is [email protected], I should be able to fund my account using a paypal account [email protected]. I have dozens of other VPS from vendors on LowEndTalk.com, fund my servers this way every day and never had issues. The account with you should be the account I created. Period.
Here's another BIG problem: My suspension email had a return address of [email protected], both in the header and in the email body.
I replied to your email. Her's what I got in response:

Each month you get 25TB, bandwidth will reset on 1st day of each month.

@HostDZire How can I buy a new VPS with PayPal? I have my own HostDZire account and successfully bought a VPS with PayPal a few months ago.
You can open ticket and request for it, but since your account is few month old, we will probably say no, but if your account has good history like multiple orders all with paypal no bad history then we can enable it. all depends on our judgement, please dont get mad if we say no, because original rule for these order is paypal is not allowed.
I understand your point, but how can I pay with my debit card.
I also canceled my plan to purchase a VPS here a few days ago because I no longer accept debit/credit card payments, which I usually use for VPS purchases.
@HostDZire Is there a possibility that card payments will be available in the future, like with Stripe? Or can PayPal payments be reinstated?
From my point, they tend to accept crypto, payoneer and local payment in India. It is hard to buy a VPS from them. I understand the restriction on PayPal, but credit/debit card. I hope they provide more payments for international customers.
