    Please consider turning on PayPal payment gateway. That would be great for me.

    Hi, For the IN servers, 2TB bandwidth won't be enough for me so I'm planning to get the addon bandwidth. How will it work? Will I pay the 6$ one time and get 2tb extra bandwidth per month? Will I pay the 6$ and get 2tb one time use bandwidth? Or will I pay 6$ every month and get 2tb extra each month? Ik you are doing double bandwidth but your bandwidth is calculated in+out combined so basically its 2tb only.

    Indian vps bandwidth has option to top-up bandwidth while ordering and as well as using client area. that is not monthly bandwidth, its onetime, price we charge is also onetime for those bandwidth top-up.

    I found your ticket and i see reply was already given.

    Its really not possible that you place order of WDC VPS and checkout with WDC vps, and later you get IN cloud VPS.. You can easily verify this by checking order confirmation email, invoice copy, also your payment amount because IN Cloud VPS and WDC VPS has diff price.

    But i can see what the problem is already.
    You have placed 2 orders actually, and both are using diff account.
    In one account you placed WDC vps, in another IN Cloud VPS.
    And for IN Cloud VPS you paid, for WDC you didn't.

    Hi, when I ping the singapore IP (from india) I'm getting avg 100ms while cloudflsre is giving 30. Is the server there having problems? Singapore isn't that far for me to get 100ms pings is it? Also will I be able to get the full 10 gigabit speeds of singapore to india? What latency should I expect?

    India network quality is bit less than Singapore.

    TOS doesn't say its for new order only. so yes it applies to all.
    But to keep things fair for old order we can do transfer without any issue.
