Urgent issue with Verasel servers : Review Update!

I am facing an issue 7 hours ago, I have 2 servers from Kekistan @Verasel and both servers went down and have been removed from my servers panel without any notification (this was not the first time to face that, on the first day I faced that and the reason was that server was related to another client and thanks God that I had a backup of my work).
I received an email from uptimerobot service that both servers are down the same second!! then I immediately opened my servers' Tenantos panel I found no servers!!!
My servers renewal dates are 7th of August and I have paid both servers renewals on 1st of August!
I lost my data, I have contacted him through email and telegram but no reply till that moment! He is not replying from more than 10 days before even sending my payment!
I know he has personal circumstances, but it only comes down to losing my work on servers!
I saw the offer here and made the agreement according to that offer on first week of July
Actually I have contacted another provider and received new servers and migrating my backup right now but for sure I lost some important data!, what a big loss!
What should I do in this issue, it is the first time to face such issue!, Any help?

Don't place your eggs in 1 basket. Next time, have a backup server elsewhere.
I posted what I had in both cases, Servers were very good and then I had that issue, then what is the issue with my 2 posts ?
I already have a backup from the previous day and things were fixed 95%, but it was a waste of time and money for my migration, I am still waiting for his reply to my issue!

Update: I received a reply that my server was being missed as they were removed and shutdown by mistake, server is up, moved my rest backup and got my refund, As I am fearing to have such issue again in the near future!

even major providers, like Macarne, offer dedicated servers / VPS's strictly through telegram. This isnt unusual to see.
A business is a business. Same regulations, same laws, etc.
Unless it is quite literally a reseller that sells servers via telegram, I'm not too sure where you are coming from.

as said, as long as they are a registered business, there is nothing to worry about.
Also, most of the time it is just the case of they dont have a website that publically advertises they sell dedicated servers. This does NOT mean they dont have a panel to control the server, e.g with IPMI.
I see nothing wrong with selling servers over telegram, personally.
please, feel free to share your opinion, I'd be happy to hear the reason you dont trust people who sell servers through telegram
Could still have internal accounting on his side. Whether it be an excel spreadsheet, random calendar, or whatever. Not that that is a particular good system, but just like any other non-hosting business, accounts could be kept offline in a spreadsheet or on paper.
Worked for decades. Could technically still work now. Though if that was the case I'd want a chain smoking secretary with a hairsprayed perm in charge of the books, just like every business pre-90's.
